Hi all,
Anyone please tell me how to set up the profile with 3 differents IPs address? I have 3 IP 1 at work, 1 at school and 1 at home. Every time when I use the laptop with WinNT4, I had to configuration the IP for every place where I using it. So is there any way to set up the separate profiles that I just select it when I start up the system?

If you have static IP addresses at each location, you can set up your laptop to be multi-homed (i.e., multiple IP addresses on one NIC) as follows: right click on Network Neighborhood, go to Properties, click the Protocols tab, highlight TCP/IP andclick Properties. On the General tab, click "Specify an IP address", then click the Advanced button. You can add multiple IP addresses by click the Add button under the IP Addresses box and typing in the IP address and subnet mask for each. This should solve your problem.

The best answer I've found is a shareware utility called NetSwitcher (http://www.netswitcher.com).

Works great and only $9 to register.

Go to winfiles.com or tucows.com, I saw a number of utilities that looked OK, but I haven't tried them. I will probably have to do the same thing.
