I have I rebuilt computer so I have no idea what make or model but I know I have Windows XP. Ok the other day I downloaded a game from yahoo, when completed I started to play but found that the internet would not come up so thinking my internet was down I looked over at my box(DSL AT&T) and found that the cable had been knocked out. After reconneting I sat back down to find that my screen was blue and said something like”checking to see if the c drive has been running correctly. I told it to cancel but my computer was now stuck. So, I restart the thing only to see that blue screen again. This time a let it go, when it was finished the user screen came up,(family computer 3 different users) I click on me and my wallpaper comes up but NOTHING else. I’ve tried all the different users and they’re all the same. The only thing that comes up is the Ctrl Alt Delete, using this I can see that all my programs and files are still there but I can’t get to them. Do I have I did the computer catch a bug? Has Windows cut me off because I can’t verify my copy(I could’nt run media player before this happened)
