Just in case you wished to know, Windows server 2003 needs SMB signing to log to the domain, which Windows 95 doesn’t support.

      Here’s the workaround:
On the 95 computers, install the Active Directory Client patch for Windows 9x (obtained from the Win2003 CD or Microsoft’s website). Make sure the workgroup name is the same as the domain name.

On the Windows 2003 server, disable SMB signing from the Default Domain Controller Policy and Default Domain Policy (check in Security Settings).

I think it will work with win95, but if it is not just upgrade your system with windows98, install your network card and in properties. remove “windows family logon” client and install “client for microsoft network” when it is installed just double click on it and click the checkbox logon to domain and in the text box write your domain name, Hope it will help u allot, good luck
