Ok heres the situation one day i’m on my computer and I crash while playing a video game. Ok no problem. I restart and can’t get into windows so i’m like ok no problem just restart again, however, this time when I restarted nothing happened. Nothing came up on the monitor or anything like that so I figured it was a HD problem. My brother said it was the HD after he tested it.. and got it to work in a upright position. Ok so I buy a new SATA harddrive motherboard is SATA compatible and nothing happens. I’m left to presume its the motherboard or power supply but i’m not sure. When I start the computer up It seems power is getting to the CPU, video card, CD-ROM, fans spin in the computer and on power supply, however, theres no indication that power is getting to the motherboard. The speakers are connected and working but there are no beeps.
I have a K8N Pro Sli motherboard. I believe it still may be under warranty. Any suggestions? Please anyone help I would much appreciate it and I will do anythinig I can to inform you as much as possible on anything else you may need to know. Thank you everybody….
