When selecting the “explore” option on my windows xp sp2 system, it does not recognize my plextor drive — but asks the question– “enter a cd in unit” even though there is a cd in the drive. When you select the drive, explore does not diplay anything on the drive. It doesn’t register anything in drive ever?????
Has any seen this problem before and knows a solution.
