Plotting x y coordinates

Never mind I figured it out… I just can’t figure out how to delete my question.

How do you plot x,y coordinates in a chart. I am trying to make a chart of the Mars orbit and I have the coordinates, but I can’t figure out how to make a chart that looks like an orbit.
