Hi,
This is Sandeep from India. I am working with a US based IT consultancy in their offshore center for more than 1.5 yrs. I joined the firm straight after my graduation. I travelled to US client site for trainings and have worked on J2EE, Interwoven, Test Director.
Now, I am confused whether I should persue MS or remain in the industry. Though MS may also help me to settle in US apart from knowledge but I am not sure how will be my growth when I start career their and I would be out of industry for 2 years. Here, I am doing good job and got promoted few months back.
