HI .. THERE I LIVE IN A HOSTEL WHERE MY COMPUER CONNECTS TO THE INTER NET VIA A GATEWAY COMPUTER ie. i get net through lan.the problem is that the boy who ,is server misuses his power , he resticts the speed when he wants and to whome he wants and not only that he starts downloading when ever he wants and when we go to him he stop the process , and that leaves us with no proof against him.
what i want is that is there any software or a way that can tell us
1)THERE IS MORE SPEED ON THE SERVER THAN REST OF THE CONNECTED COMPUERS.
2)to FIND OUT WEATHER THERE IS A TORRENT DOWNLOADING GOING ON SERVER COMPUTER
3) and also to switch on and off internet connection through client computers
