PnP in Windows 2000

Windows 2000 on my machine is assigning IRQ11 to 6 devices, whilst other IRQs on the machine aren’t being used. Unfortunately, most of the devices on this IRQ are ‘bus hungry’ and I need to move one particular card to its own IRQ. Do I have to disable ACPI to do this or is there anyway/utilities to do allow me to configure the IRQs manually?
