How can I get my boss’s PocketPC to successfully download or synchronize with the Exchange 2000 Global Address List. It would be nice for him to be able to select an email recipient from a list without having to import the global address list into his personal contacts. It’s not just good enough to hope that upon synchronization Outlook will match an appropriate recipient – he wants to be able to specifically select a recipient from a list.
