Helping a friend with a problem of unrecognized password on a think pad w/XP with Pointsec 5.2.0 AES 2005 installed. Would like to recover the daughters school work prior to formatting the drive but the password no longer works. And we have no network access anymore from the company Laptop was originally purchased through.
