Policies and Procedures Book

for Disaster Recovery but is there a book with sample Procedures and Policies. They never suggest solutions just un-cover problems. When we have our IS Audits from both independants and mandatory auditors they leave a large trail of work for us.
I always say why re-invent the wheel. So is there a book out there on this topic.
