Policy problems

I was trying out some policies for some of our computers and some how ended up modifying the policies for all but on of my servers. I know ihas something to do with profiles, as the servers no longer look at winnt\profiles\ for the start menu, it now has a has a strart menu in the root of winnt as well as the desktop. Is there any way to restore this back to the way it should be. I have removed the check boxes from use customized start menu and desktop etc. but how to I cahnge it back.
