I have heard that in the OSI model that there are 2 more layers.
1.Politics…All the politics that go on from department to department and how we must navigate it all.
2.Religion…Some department heads will only use Windows XP and not Vista…Or Mozilla instead of IE.
Is this true? I would really like to know.
