When you are in the Internet, if you click on the "downward arrow" in the right-side address bar - [situated just before "GO"], you always get a POP DOWN list of addresses.

I do not know what I did, today I find that the 'list' is not coming! Please note that this list is different from the addresses stored in the "History" folder[which shows the sites visited during: Last 3 weeks, Last 2 weeks ...etc., etc.].

I had some very important site addresses stored there and I am now at serious trouble. Could be, by mistake, I did something to make them disappear!

I confess that I do not know much of Computers. I hav just learnt it by practice.

That list is only a list of recently typed addresses or words. It's only temporary and many clean-up routines and/or programs will delete it. If you had addresses there that were never bookmarked (added to favorites) or saved some other way and they're gone now, you can't get them back.

Next time you have sites that are important enough to remember the addresses for, use Favorites/Bookmarks to store them.
