I'M assuming that what you want to do is download emails from an external email provider to your local Exchange Server. If your Ex 2010 is running under SBS 2011, then SBS2011 has a built in POP3 connector.
I use fetchmail on a linux box to clean external inbound mail and archive it. The minimum fetch cycle frequency using the POP3 connector is 5 minutes and fetchmail was more flexible config-wise (currently set to a 30 second inbound interval).
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
