Pop up after windows updates

After automatic windows updates on my windows xp, visio 2002 pops out with a message “the feature you are trying to use is on a disk”. I inserted visio 2002 disk and run to get rid of it but the message came back after windows updated again. How can I prevent this from happening so visio 2002 does not pop out everytime windows updates?
