POP3 Profile problem in Outlook 2003

I have an POP3 account and configured in Outlook 2003. When ever i am opening the outlook its pop3 server name is automatically changing as “Localhost”. Each and every time when i am restarting the PC i need to change the POP3 server name.

anybody can help me with an advise.
