We are running Exchange Server 5.5 on Windows 2000 (SP3) server and are using Exchange pop3 on a different server with a proxy residing on the same WinNT machine . Our external mails are hosted through a hosting company in USA. The problem is that during downloading process through pop3 to our exchange server,some messages stuck and interrupt the downloading process so the process restarts again and again till the administrator remove the infected message from the hosting site. this problems happens several times per a day.
Any advice pls.
