We are looking for a way to populate around 1800 user’s calendars with corporate events, corp holidays, etc.. What we are trying to avoid is having to have them click accept on all of these events. Turning on auto accept is not satisfactory due to its unreliability. The auto-booking scripts from www.slipstick.com do not fit our needs either. We would like to be able to do this through some type of form or even third party software. Clients use outlook 2000 with an exchange 2000 back end. Any ideas?
