popup error message

Can someone please help me resolve the following error I get at boot.
SAS Window:winlogon.exe -No Disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1
options are to Cancel, Try Again,or Continue
If I press continue 3 times then windows comes up. Thanks
