Port Forwarding or setting up Access List on a PIX 501 6.3

I need to set up an port forwarding or and access list to allow one of our vendors SSH (port 22) access to a UNIX server. I know the access list can be set up from the CLI, but it is not accepting my command. Any help out there? Have a PIX 501 6.3.
