Port Forwarding through sonicwall firewall for remote camera access

I have a samsung camera system with remote access and I am able to access the camera from any computer within the network but I need to be able to access them from outside the office. In order to do that I have to set up port forwarding through my sonicwall pro 200 firewall. Does anyone know of any step by step instructions to do this? I am pretty new at this stuff.
