Post Windows Update Installation Issue.

After installing Windows Updates on my Windows 2003 SBS server last week I have the following issue.

When users connect to our network via VPN (Cisco) the DNS Resolution for the server no longer works. All over servers are accessible through DNS, the server DNS works fine on the internal network and if I TS or ping the server IP while connected to VPN, that also works without a problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Unfortunately it was the first windows update I did in a while, so there were 40 different patches installed, so pinpointing the exact cause isn’t so easy.

So if anyone can offer some insite I’d appreciate it.
