Postscript file viewing and printing

Postscript file generated can only be printed on a Postscript printer or view using shareware like Ghostscript.

Is there any viewer (as a plug-in) available in the market that will allow postscript to be viewed on a Internet browser?

To complicate the issue, the postscipt file contain DBCS (double byte character set). This DBCS characters cannot be printed on a postscript printer or view using Ghostscript.
