My desktop failed to boot today so I started to investigate.
I found out that the computer runs fine when the HDD is not connected to the PSU.
CD/floppy/motherboard/fans all work fine.
When HDD is connected, upon power up, whole device turns off after 1-2 seconds of activity.
I tried all three voltage setting on the PSU, all failed to sustain support.
