Power supplies – can somebody catch me up to speed?

I was thinking about upgrading the power supply in my gaming rig, so i did some looking online. The last time i ordered a PSU the standard was ATX, like everything else, PSUs are changing.

what do these new standards mean?

BTX?
ATX12v?
EPS12v?
