Power Supply Tester

Any ideas on where I can purchase a tester for power supply units? I have seen them….. about the size of a cell phone where both ends of the wires from a supply unit plug into the ends of this meter and it registers the voltage and all other needed info. I can NOT locate one of these anywhere. Any ideas would be great!
