Powerpoint

When I send a powerpoint file directly, I got that message “Sorry, mail service cannot be loaded. Please check your mail installation”.But I can send directly from Word and Excel. Mail server is Exchanges 5.5. Office 97 installed locally.Outlook 97 or 98 gives the same error.
