Any file that can be printed can be converted to PDF by using 3rd party software. I use a product called DeskPDF myself, which isn't free. However, there are several free products out there to download. Basically, these products create a "printer" that you simply select at print time and send your file to it instead of a real printer. The conversion takes place as it creates the "print image", then saves the file for you with a PDF extension.
There are two ways to convert PPT to PDF, One from Tenorshare PDF Converter program, the other from Microsoft PowerPoint directly for while installing Tenorshare PDF Converter on your PC, it is integrated in the Microsoft PowerPoint. Opening any of the documents, you will see a button named ???Tenorshare PDF Converter??? in your toolbar. Just click it to start the program for conversion.
