I have a customer running Win98 with
Office2000. When he attempts to exit
Powerpoint, he receives the following message:
“POWERPNT caused a invalid pagefault in
module Kernal32.dll at 017f:bff9db61”
I have run office repair, removed office
completely and re-installed. Still getting
message. This is only happening in
Powerpoint. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks
