I have a laptop[dell] inspiron 1525 vista when i turn on the computer its ran the test BIOS and i have error codes 200-0146 hard drive1 – code 0F00:137B, Msg: DVDRW_32 drive media missing, 0F00:065D, MSG: Disk_0 self test failed reading portion.[PSA DIAGNOSTIC HAS BEEN RAN].. when i run safe mode it wont finish all the way. Where do I start?
