Presentation Management Software

By dewdrop ·
Everyone has seen Powerpoint Presentations with Projectors by now. My question focuses on the setup. No one wants to see the presenter opening his/her file - that's a peeve of mine. Is there a way to hide the mechanics of the PC file setup from the audience?

For example, My Church uses software that switches to a Picture when the Presentation is changing (between Sermon Outline, songs, etc). Does there exist a business presentation software package that will 'manage' what is being projected to the audience as opposed to what is on the notebook or desktop Monitor?

Just use the laptop to toggle off the projector. Then the audience will see the projector's screen saver.

Of course if you have an older projector they will probably just see "NO SIGNAL".
