Presto Page Manager

by becjones . Updated 24 years, 10 months ago

I have just tried to scan a photo for my resume. I have presto page manager, which has always been quite successful in scanning. However today I went to scan and it said that I had performed an illegal operation and would shut down, which of couse it did. I have had several attempts all with the same outcome. I did however manage to get the details copied and printed off, but I don’t know what they mean …

PRESTOPM caused a general protection fault

… can you tell me what to do. If not is there another way of scanning without using page master?
Thank you in anticipation. Hope that it is clear?
