Prevent Windows XP hacking

Hi

I am useing a windows xp with sp2 professional that updates every month through microsoft update.

My problem is anybody can login as a guest account or login as limited user and reset administrator account.

Is this problem of the xp i am useing, or it’s a general issue.

Please give me some ways to prevent it.
