Preview in folder view.

By TonytheTiger ·
When I had Windows 2000, opening a folder containing audio or video files had a panel on the left side where these files could be previewed/played.

Is there a similar ability in XP Pro? If so, how do I enable it?

Hello...

In Windows Explorer, try View->Explorer Bar->Media.

Is this what you're after?

Hi

If the suggestion above does not work try opening My Computer, then click Tools>Folder Options and on the General tab, make sure that 'Show common tasks in folders' is checked.

That should do it.

Good luck
