I UNDERTOOK THIS PROJECT IN SCHOOL LAST SPRING,WENT WELL,AND THIS WAS OUR APPROACH.
1)AT SERVER CREATE A DIRECTORY CALL IT PROFILES.WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ESTABLISHING A SHARED DIRECTORY ATTACHED TO PROFILES FOLDER.CREATE A SHARE BY RIGHT CLICKING THE FOLDER YOU CREATED,LEAVE THE DEFAULT PERMISSIONS FOR EVERYONE.
2)GO TO-CONTROL PANEL-SYSTEMS &USER PROFILES
SELECT USER YOU WANNA ALLOW ROAMING PROFILE
& CLICK COPY TO THE DIRECTORY YOU CREATED ie
\\COMPUTER NAME\SHARE NAME\USERNAME eg \\server\profiles\user.
3)RUN USER MANAGER FOR DOMAINS-DOUBLE CLICK
THE USER FROM ABOVE & LOCATE THE USER PROFILE PATH BAR & ENTER THE PATH AS ABOVE.CLICK OK TWICE & EXIT USER MANAGER.YOU R UP & RUNNING.AFTER USER LOGS ON YOU CAN VIEW FROFILES IN CONTROL PANEL-SYSTEMS & USER PROFILES.YOU SHOULD SEE THE USER & UNDER PROFILES LIST IS ROAMING----HOPE I HELPED. e-MAIL BACK FOR STATUS--GOOD LUCK
