I own a small computer store and have been approached about giving companies a quote for maintenance plans. I would like to know if there are any pricing guidelines for doing this (there must be). What I mean is going to a customers location where they have anywhere from 5 to 100 computers. They are just looking for hardware maintenance. I will respond to there location (lets say)within 24 hours. I will troubleshoot the computer, and repair it. I will bill them in addition to the monthly maintenace plan for any parts. What is the per computer price plan for this? I have no idea what to charge. I can tell you this is a pretty small town and I would have to drive 20 miles round trip to do the job. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.. Thanks
