Looking to purchase a new rack server to act as our Primary Domain Controller. Will be running on Server 2003. This server will only act as our Primary Domain Controller. We will not be running any apps or files on this server. Our network supports approx 30 users. We’ve already spent over 10k on Dell application and file servers so performance isn’t an issue. Will this server require much to operate our network sufficiently? How much should I expect to spend and what server specs would be suggested?
