On one of the NT 4 workstations the print dialog box in Word 2000 does not come up when you press Ctrl+P, but it does work when clicking on the print menu button. Also, I used to be able to see the printer name in the tooltip for the print button AND also display the print dialog by clicking on it. Now, after switching command buttons from the Customize menu, it is only one or the other. The only change that was recently made to this workstation was the install of HP JetDirect.
