I have a Cannon MultiPass 555 which worked only once. Even with several new cartridges of ink…sometimes get errror message that one or both are empty, have contacted Cannon 100 times over the last year..they said it was the carriage that held the two ink cartridges…they sent me not just 1 to try …but 2….and still it remains a paperweight.
This has made my business suffer greatly…anyone know anywya to fix this….thanks in advance…sparkie
