Print Folder-not clear after job print

The printer spool folder In System 32/spool/printers does not clear after the job prints. I have deleted this folder; I have deleted the spooler services; I have deleted printer and added; I have deleted all printers and added; I have ran a repair on OS, Windows 2000.
It is a network printer and it works for the other 25 users, just fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
