Print Job

I have LaserJet 5Si and when I print certain documents to it I get a “printer busy or error” in the print qeue. Also with this same printer when paper is inserted into the manual feed tray it shows a message of “Tray 1 = Letter” hit the online button and it goes back to online. If I pull the paper out and reinsert it it gives the same message, have to hit online button and it goes back to online. Anyway of turning this message off.

Thanks.
