Hi – we share 2 HP laser printers between approx. 10 staff members (HP Laserjet 2430 and HP Laserjet 4250) for the last 6 months we have been having an ongoing issue where documents sent to print simply disappear. This mainly occurs when using excel and on occassion outlook (outlook 2003 and excel 2002). The printers are networked through our server. We thought initially that it was an issue of too many people using one printer but we got the HP4250 last week which has a far higher capacity and RAM and already one or two print jobs have disappeard. Our tech support people dont seem to have any answers – looking for any suggestions…thanks!
