We are having a problem with an hp color laser 8550n. It is attached to the network via a jet direct card and run off a windows 2000 server. We are using the latest PS driver from HP. We print from NT 4.0 sp6a and windows 2000 pc’s. We use mostly programs like quarkexpress and photoshop and illustrator to print to this printer device. Often print jobs never come out…they appear to make it to the printer device – it says processing job on the screen, but gets hung up. We have to shut theprint device completely off and power back up. Then if we send the job again, there is a 50/50 chance of it coming out. Any suggestions on this would be appreciated
