All NT 4.0 Platform(SP6a). When some users print to network printers, the print jobs are not deleted from the que. After the print job prints, it just shows “printed” in the que. Only a few users do this. It does not matter what computer I use, the username logging in is the username that does not delete the print job from the que. If I log on as them from my computer, it still does it…If I log on as myself on their computers, it deletes the print jobs..please help.
