Print Problem

I have 12 networked printers with IP’s assigned. My users are on “domain1” and the printers are on “domain2”. I manage domain2 but we have another crew that manages domain1. Everything was working fine till about 2 weeks ago. Now nobody can print to these 12 printers. All the users are on the server in a special group called printer access as domain\user. There are 2 different errors that I get;
1)Cannot find printer or name is incorrect.
2)The user doesn’t have sufficient priveleges.

I can log to the local machine as Administrator and install all the printers I want but when the user logs on the machine says “NO Way”
