In outlook 98 user can print an e-mail using the print icon on the toolbar, but if they go to the file menu and then print, a message comes up saying “Unable to save the print settings”. Also if trying to print the tasks list, the same error appearswhether printing from the file menu or the print icon. Operating system is win 95.
