We’ve just rebuilt our print server as our old one died. It’s a virtual 2003 server SP2 and it’s only role is to be a print server. We ran all MS updates on it and there is no other config changes. The problem we have is that practically all of of HP laserjet printers will only print letter size paper. Even if we set the default settings to A4 the individual machines still ask for letter to be loaded. The printers are a mixture of HP5/Hp5Si/8000/9000. Other printer makes are fine. Regional settings are all correct. This should be simple but it’s driving me crazy. Anyone got any suggestions as I don’t seem to see this problem anywhere. Thanks
