Not really e-mail/groupware, but okay...

Suppose you mean the standard NT Server / NTW peer-to-peer printserving, not a W9x workstation doubling as printserver.

Basically, simply use 'Add printer', 'My computer', and finally share the queue. Other machines then can connect to it.
When you use printers with NIC's instead of direct LPT1, and that makes sense in most situations, the additional step is to first add a special kind of port trough which the rinter (with propietary software, e.g. HP JetAdmin) is linked. Still spooling is on the server, which is a lot better to manage than spooling in the printer or spooling on each individual workstation.

Have fun,

for NT? or ON NT,
all you have to do is share them, but you can install drivers for multiple OSs on the share too, making it easier for the user to install the printer share...
go to MS and look it up...
Good Luck
